There will be no shipping the week of Thanksgiving Except for Emergencies. Please plan ahead! Any orders that come in Thursday, Friday or over the weekend before Thanksgiving week will NOT ship out until the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Members Only - Subscriptions
WIX does not offer the option to purchase multiple subscriptions at once. You will need to check out for each subscription individually. If I can ship multiple subscriptions together, I will issue a refund of the shipping costs for those other subscriptions.

Payments
I accept all CC/Debit cards through PayPal. I also accept Venmo (@spoodfood) and CashApp ($spoodfood) although those options dont appear on the website.

Shipping Days

Shipping days are Monday - Wednesday for non Express items.

Express (overnight) can be shipped until Thursdays.

DELAYS/UPDATES

Due to a lack of interest, I will no longer carry Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL). I recommend All About Feeders as a replacement vendor. https://aafeeder.com
Updates
UPS Shipping
Please be aware that UPS has a minimum weight of 1lb regardless of service. Recently, they raised their prices so they seem abnormally high but I assure you that I am not charging anything other than what the SHIPPO is charging me.
USPS Shipping
USPS is the least reliable shipping service but it is also the cheapest. I highly recommend you place dry goods/supply orders via USPS to save money and make a second order for live goods through another service. I am unable to automatically split orders at this time.
Live Arrival
The ONLY Live Arrival Guarantee is through EXPRESS, 2day or overnight shipping. All other services are not guaranteed unless the package is damaged in transit. If you need a replacement by using the other services, I will need to charge the shipping fee again but will replace the goods at no charge.
Spikes/Pupae
House Fly Pupae and BB spikes are very heat sensitive and will either hatch (flies) or pupate (spikes) en route when using slower services. I add adequate ice packs or insulated bags as needed but keep in mind that even the best ice packs only last 48 hours. I do not charge extra for ice packs or insulated bags and I do not offer refunds if a slow service is chosen and the spikes or pupae arrive in a different condition.
