All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 PM Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday, to ensure live arrival.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number upon shipment
SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

All shipments are carefully packed to ensure the health and safety of live insects during transit.

Live arrival is guaranteed under the following conditions:

You are present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

You notify us of any DOA insects within 2 hours, with photo evidence.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Extreme temperatures (hot or cold) can impact live arrival.

We may hold orders temporarily or recommend adding a heat/cold pack to protect your insects.

If you choose to ship during extreme weather without temperature protection, live arrival is not guaranteed.

A weather map for the week has been provided below so you can see the temperatures for the week. All items ship from Southern California.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of live insects, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or with DOA insects, email us within 2 hours at SALES@spoodfood.com with your order number and clear photos.

We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement based on your situation.
